Tomás I. Casaburi graduated as a lawyer at the University of Buenos Aires (UBA). He specializes in Construction, Administrative, Labor and Commercial Law.

Regarding his academic activity, Dr. Casaburi has a Master's degree in Economic Business Law (Argentine Catholic University 2010/2011) and a postgraduate degree in Banking and Financial Law (Argentine Catholic University 2014). He has also taken training courses for Public and Private Works (Argentine Chamber of Construction 2012) and Personnel Administration (Education Networks).

He is a legal advisor to construction companies, banks and other financial and civil entities.
